Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed plastic. It is OK if the outer mailer bag is open, but again the inner plastic bag must be intact.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• Exchanges require prior approval. Please email us at doray@thebibup.com for approval.

Return/Refund Shipping

• To return your product upon approval, you will be sent an email with further instructions.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
